Gumdrop Nougats

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

10 oz. mini marshmallows

8 oz. white chocolate chips

1 cup gumdrops, cut into smaller pieces

½ tsp Vanilla

½ tsp kosher/sea salt

Directions

Melt the butter, white chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, vanilla, and salt, until the mixture is smooth. (DO NOT use an entire 10 oz. bag of white chocolate chips; it will throw off the ratio & alter the flavor in a bad way)

Mix in the gumdrops.

Spread on a parchment paper lined 9x13 pan, that’s been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.

Chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Cut into squares & Enjoy!

Notes

NOTE: To make chocolate nougats, substitute milk chocolate for the white chocolate, and nuts for the gumdrops.
